L.A. rapper Blueface arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Las Vegas
LOS ANGELES, CA – Los Angeles rapper Blueface was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Las Vegas.
News of Blueface’s arrest was first reported by TMZ. It is unclear when Blueface was taken into custody, and who made the arrest.
Blueface was arrested for trying to rob a man in a Walgreens at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road around 5 a.m. Friday, according to sheriff’s officials. The robbery attempt wasn’t successful.
“The investigation is continuing as this is an ongoing situation,” said sheriff’s Sgt. Michael Rector. “Detectives are investigating the incident.”
LAPD has a sketch of the suspect out on the street, but it has not been released yet.
LAPD said Blueface was booked at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The rapper is being held without bail.
